1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and 77rr (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the 77rr website available at 77rr.club and all associated services, including sports betting, casino gaming, live dealer games, promotions, and customer support.

These Terms apply to all users of the 77rr platform regardless of the device used to access the service (desktop computer, mobile phone, tablet, or otherwise) and regardless of the method of access (web browser, progressive web app, or any other interface we may make available). Where a specific product or service offered by 77rr is governed by additional terms, those additional terms form part of this agreement and must be read alongside these Terms.

77rr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be published on the platform. Your continued use of 77rr after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically. The date shown in the "Last Updated" notice at the top of this document reflects when the most recent version took effect.

These Terms are written in English and all communications with 77rr, including support requests, account disputes, and formal notices, must be submitted in English to ensure accurate handling. The governing language of this agreement is English.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on 77rr, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not on behalf of any business, partnership, company, or other legal entity.
• You have not previously had a 77rr account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register operated by 77rr or any third-party responsible gaming scheme.
• You are not suffering from a gambling addiction or disorder at the time of registration, and you are not using funds required for essential living expenses to fund your account.

77rr reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any stage of the account lifecycle — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any account review. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by our compliance team will result in account suspension pending resolution.

If 77rr determines at any time that a user is under the age of 18, the account will be permanently closed without notice, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any deposited funds may be held pending investigation and possible referral to relevant authorities. 77rr operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of 77rr services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and requesting withdrawals — you must register a verified account. Registration is free of charge and open to all eligible individuals meeting the criteria set out in Section 2.

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension. You are responsible for keeping your registration information current; please notify us at [email protected] if any of your details change.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification is mandatory for all accounts before any withdrawal request can be processed. KYC verification requires you to submit a clear copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and, in some cases, proof of the payment method used for deposits. Our compliance team will review submitted documents within 2 business days. Accounts that fail KYC verification or that refuse to provide requested documentation will have withdrawal functionality restricted until the matter is resolved.

Each person is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on the 77rr platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts belonging to the same individual will be suspended, any bonus funds will be void, and net winnings derived from duplicate account activity may be withheld pending review.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

77rr supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) only. All account balances are held and displayed in BDT. The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other participating Bangladeshi banks
• Cards: Visa and Mastercard (subject to issuer restrictions)

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account tier; these limits are displayed in your account settings and in the Cashier section of the platform.

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution. 77rr does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

77rr reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request and return the funds to your account balance if KYC documentation has not been provided within the required timeframe, if the withdrawal breaches the terms of an active bonus, or if there is an ongoing investigation into the account. Deposits are non-refundable once confirmed and credited to your 77rr balance, except in cases of confirmed technical error.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

77rr offers promotional bonuses to eligible users, including a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 for first-time depositors, as well as periodic reload bonuses, free bet offers, cashback promotions, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and major cricket tournaments including the BPL and IPL.

All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between the specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms take precedence in relation to that promotion.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each bonus. Uncompleted bonuses will expire and be removed from your account balance.
• 77rr reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify the terms of an ongoing promotion, or cancel a bonus already credited to an account if evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms is identified.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Systematic exploitation of bonus structures — including but not limited to matched betting using the same funds across multiple accounts — is prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per person, per household, per device, and per payment method. 77rr uses technical and manual review processes to identify duplicate bonus claims.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the 77rr platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and to use the platform only for its intended purpose — namely, lawful recreational betting and gaming for personal entertainment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 77rr:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to create an account for the purpose of circumventing restrictions or claiming duplicate bonuses.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during account verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, automated tools, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, or any strategy designed to exploit promotions in a manner inconsistent with their intended recreational purpose.
• Attempting to access another user's account, guessing passwords, or using stolen credentials.
• Engaging in any conduct that could be considered cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of any game or sporting event offered on the platform.
• Using the platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity. All suspicious account activity is reported to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing members of the 77rr support team or other users in any forum, chat, or communication channel associated with the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the 77rr platform's code, infrastructure, or data.

Any user found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed without prior notice. Funds held in the account may be withheld pending investigation. In serious cases, 77rr reserves the right to pursue civil remedies and to refer matters to law enforcement authorities.

7 Intellectual Property

All content available on the 77rr platform — including but not limited to the 77rr brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, data compilations, game interfaces, odds presentations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 77rr or its licensed content partners, and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the platform without express written authorisation from 77rr.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the platform's content or design.
• Use the 77rr name, logo, or brand assets in any context — including on social media, websites, or marketing materials — without prior written permission.
• Frame or mirror any part of the 77rr website on any other website without express written consent.

Game content displayed on the platform is provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All rights in respect of such game content remain with the respective studio. 77rr operates under licence agreements with these providers and makes their content available to users under those agreements.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

77rr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 6.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring the suspension or closure of the account.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder or an authorised third party acting on their behalf.
• Extended account inactivity (defined as no login for a continuous period of 12 months or more).

Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon confirmed voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the user's registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Upon account closure for any reason, your licence to use the platform is immediately revoked. You must cease accessing the platform and must not attempt to circumvent any closure by re-registering under the same or different personal details.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the use of the 77rr platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 77rr is committed to resolving disputes fairly and transparently.
